It is very simple to remove your old wiper arm and motor
and requires only basic tools.

1) Flip up the arm pivot cover and loosen the 10 mm nut.
2) while supporting the motor, loosen (counterclockwise)
the threaded ferule.

3) With the hatch raised, pull downward on the motor
assembly separate the mounting pins.
4) While supporting the motor, press in on the plastic
housing and remove the cover.

5) Separate the 3 electrical spade connectors and stow
these out of site ( I wrapped mine in black electrical tape).
Its probably best to also remove the wiper fuse.
