Ususally, when you hear turbo-swap it is to swap in a bigger turbo. In my case though, I was just replacing the old one with a rebuilt of the same model turbo. The pics give you and idea about how big an effort this is. No only will you need every wrench, adapter and ratchet in your arsenal but you may see a whole series of broken studs.  And then to top it off, you'll need a variety of seal rings to put the exhaust back together and they cost @20 each.
